Meet The Attorney

William T. Peckham graduated with the Highest Honors from the University of Texas in 1975 where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to State Bar of Texas in 1978. Mr. Peckham was later admitted to the U.S. District Court (Western District of Texas) in 1980 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit in 1981.

In 1985, he started his own practice, The Law Offices of William T. Peckham, in Austin, Texas. His practice areas include bankruptcy, real estate and tax law. Mr. Peckham has over 30 years of legal experience and has successfully represented countless clients throughout Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

Mr. Peckham is a member of the following organizations:
